聚丙烯纖維混凝土的防水屬於混凝土的剛性本體防水,在防水混凝土的抗滲和抗裂2個途徑中,聚丙烯纖維主要是通過抗裂達到防水目的。聚丙烯纖維抗裂防水的機理是建立在對混凝土的固結、收縮的微觀研究的基礎上。

另外,均勻分布在混凝土中彼此相粘連的大量纖維起了“承托”骨料的作用,降低了混凝土表麵的析水與集料的離析,從而使混凝土中直徑為50-100nm和大於100nm的孔隙含量大大降低,由此可以極大提高混凝土的抗滲能力。試驗表明,0.05%體積摻量的聚丙烯纖維比普通混凝土的抗滲能力提高了60%-70%。 |
